A deposit is only required if you want us to hold a unit for more than 5 days or if only a few of the unit size you want are available. We do not charge administrative fees.
We accept cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, and debit or credit cards. We do not offer ACH bank payments.

At 1 day past due, access is restricted. At 6 days past due, a 10% late fee is added and the unit is overlocked. At 15 days past due, another 10% late fee is added. At 25 days past due, a $20 flat late fee and pre-lien notice are issued. At 30 days past due, a $60 auction fee, $42 publication fee, and $25 lock cut fee are added. At 31 days past due, a lien letter is sent and the auction is scheduled.

Wrap dishes and stemware individually. Remove legs from tables and store them on edge. Cover mirrors and glass to avoid scratches. Clothing should be stored in boxes, not wrapped in plastic, to avoid moisture. Use medium, uniform-sized boxes that are sturdy and easy to stack. Label boxes on the top and side. Leave a few inches of airspace around the inside perimeter of the unit for airflow. Use wooden strips or pallets on the floor to protect against moisture. Stack heavy, non-breakable items on the bottom and lighter, fragile items on top. Place needed items near the front of the unit. Use fabric covers to protect upholstery from dust. Drain waterbeds completely and pack with moth balls to prevent mildew and pests. Drain all lawn mowers and gasoline engines. Do not store food, perishables, plants, flammables, explosives, toxic, or corrosive materials.
Wrap furniture with covers or blankets. Electronics should be stored in boxes or securely wrapped.
Yes, as long as it fits in a unit or in an 8×12 parking space. If stored in a unit, the gas must be drained from the tank.
A pest control company comes out once a month unless needed more often. Humidity is controlled only in climate-controlled units. We recommend using products like Rid Damp in your unit. Climate-controlled hallways and units are set to control humidity, not to feel as cool as your home.
